What are inspection trips?
It’s a property tour that will be arranged on your behalf by us prior to your arrival. It targets clients who are looking for an exclusive property that meets their search criteria, allowing them to focus only on what is needed for a minimum of time (1 to 3 days). We know your time is valuable and you will be assigned an agent responsible for providing you with all relevant information about the exclusive properties we have prepared.
What does this service include?
If necessary, we can pick you up from the airport and take you back at the end of the trip. Once you are here, any enquiries and questions you may have concerning the legal process involved in purchasing a property can be resolved by our property experts and legal team.
What happens during a visit?
In order to provide an excellent service, the inspection trips start with making a list of interesting properties including some interesting new build projects showhouses, and resale properties, depending on your desired selection.
The only thing you need is flight tickets. We handle everything else. Before you travel, we work closely with you to choose suitable properties while also organizing a good place to stay for your trip.
Usually, our customers stay at a hotel, but whenever possible, we try to accommodate our clients to apartments that are similar to the apartments they are interested in buying. Please feel free to contact us and do not hesitate to travel to Spain to buy your dream house. We offer you great apartments, modern villas, comfortable bungalows, penthouses with sea views, etc. We have a lot of different properties, so you can choose the one that best attracts your attention.
A Viewing trip will include:
1- Once you’re here, we’ll collect you from the airport, and when you’re settled at your hotel, together we’ll view the best property deals out there.
2- Accommodation in a business hotel including breakfast.
3- Free legal advice from an independent property lawyer.
4- We’ll make sure you’re back at the airport in good time for your flight.
